PREMAL SHAH
Premal Shah is a co-founder of Kiva, a non-profit organization that has raised over $1 billion for low-income entrepreneurs. He was awarded in Fortune Magazine's Forty under Forty, a list of the most influential leaders in the world. We are privileged to have him on our Board.
ANDI CHU
Andi Chu is Vice President and Editor in Chief at Tennis Channel. She oversees the network’s non-linear content and operations activity, including its production of video and editorial content, TennisChannel.com, Tennis.com and Baseline websites, OTT streaming-service Tennis Channel Plus, print Tennis Magazine, and all social media endeavors. Prior to Tennis Channel, Chu spent six years at the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) overseeing digital content. We are privileged to have her on our Board.
GARY PIERRE
Gary Pierre was a nationally-ranked junior tennis player in Haiti and moved to the US to pursue his undergrad on a full-ride scholarship. He received his Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College and worked at NASA, Amazon, and Adobe. His story is an example that anything is possible with determination and perseverance. We are privileged to have him on our Board.
AMI RAMAN
Ami Raman is a Stanford University graduate. She currently works in Strategic Partnerships at Google and has been involved in philanthropic organizations focused on young girls including Girl Scouts, The Dove Self-Esteem Project and Girls Inc. She's a mom of 2 little girls, is an amazing role model, and we are privileged to have her on our Board.
TOM LADUE
Tom Ladue brings over 25 years of experience in the tennis industry, having played a key role as the USTA's Director of Corporate Communications in driving initiatives that expanded youth participation and brought tennis programs to underserved communities. His expertise in building partnerships and creating sustainable programs has had a lasting impact on the sport. Tom's dedication to youth development and his passion for tennis make him an invaluable addition to the Second Serve Board. We are privileged to have him on our Board.
DIMPLE SHAH
Dimple Shah is a Stanford University and Harvard Business School graduate. She was Chief Strategy Officer of LPL Financial, and is now the Chief Strategy Officer of Osaic, an American Wealth Management firm. She loves to spend time with her 3 boys, and is committed to many charitable endeavors. We are privileged to have her on our Board.
JAMEEL ADENIJI
Jameel is a Princeton University and Harvard Business School graduate. He now works on Investments at Influence Media Partners. A former college football player, Jameel picked up tennis as it was something he could learn and keep improving at. We are privileged to have him on our Board.

STACEY LANKFORD PENNINGTON
Stacey Lankford Pennington is the Founder and Principal of SLP Urban Planning. After studying at UCLA for college and Harvard for her masters, Stacey founded her firm in 2006 for sustainable urban design. She now loves playing tennis, philanthropic work, and quality time with her family. We are privileged to have her on our Board.
Tania Fabiani is the Global Fraud Risk and Integrity Leader for PwC. She grew up playing tennis in Brazil, and went on to play for the University of Alabama and Columbia. Tania now enjoys spending time with her son and dog, and loves going on adventures with her family. We are privileged to have her on our Board.
RIC MILITI
With over 12 years of experience as the CEO and Executive Creative Director of InnoVision Marketing Group, Ric Militi pioneered the anti-agency® concept. Ric has a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns for notable brands like Pennzoil, Corona Beer, and Domino’s Pizza. He serves on several boards, including Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, NNAHRA, Palomar Health, and GNF Worldwide, further showcasing his commitment to excellence and innovation in marketing. We are privileged to have him on our Board.
GEORGE MATUS
George Matus has been uplifting underserved youth and communities for over 20 years influencing public policy and humanitarian efforts. George recently founded YES!, a global foundation expanding sustainable Youth Education (Technology) & Sport throughout the Caribbean, is a Board Member of Tennis and Tutoring, a Stanford University founded after school program for at-risk youth, and serves on the Board of Second Serve.
